Founder Justin Flores earned his B.A. from Menlo College, after attending the University of Nebraska on a full scholarship, where he persued a degree in Fine Arts. Following an internship with Harris, Baio, and McCullough Advertising, Justin established J. Flores Productions, LLC. His goal is to assist clients in transforming a concept or idea into reality using creative talent and design skills to achieve unique, exciting, and ultimately marketable graphic design.

Jacob Flores is a digital production specialist. He has developed his hands-on experience working in Southern California, the center of the film industry, where he has gained extensive knowledge and honed his talents. Jacob's abilities include creating, editing, filming and finalizing a finished professional product from the inception of pre-production through the post-production phase. His comprehensive production services include: Audio Visual Scriptwriting, HD Digital Filmmaking, and Non-Linear Digital Editing.

Shirley Yacubowicz earned a B.S. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at Lehigh University. Shirley is an integral part of portfolio management and website production.
